The Consultancy
is a 100% black-owned company, established in 2005
in response to the promulgation of the Financial
Advisory and Intermediary Services Act 2004 (“FAIS”).
The Compliance practice is authorised by the Financial
Services Board (“FSB”) to outsource
its services to Financial Services Providers required
to comply with the legislations and regulations
of the FSB.
At inception,
the consultancy focused on the Financial Services
Providers in the Long-Term and Short-Term insurance
industry, but it has since extended its compliance
services to other financial and non-financial entities.
To ensure that our clients meet their regulatory
obligations , the consultancy assists in the drafting
and implementation of relevant policies and procedures.

| The Founder |
| The Founding Member, Bontle Matlou
nee Lentle has been in the industry for almost 10 years; she
entered the Compliance arena when she was head-hunted by the
Chief Executive Officer of a Long-Term Insurance Company rendering
services in Assistance and Life Policies to establish a Compliance
function. She was instrumental in the formulation and implementation
of Compliance Risk Management Policies and the creation of a
compliance culture in the company. Prior to that she worked
as a Senior Analyst for an international Risk Consulting Firm
where she worked on forensic investigation, asset tracing and
background screening. |
